PLC UPGRADES FROM THE OKURA CPU
DEL Service, Inc. does conversions from the Okura PLC to the Allen Bradley PLC's  (Click to View)  in the N-500, N-250 and the N-300 Robot Palletizers. We furnish a full set of up-to-date electrical prints and ladder logic print-out with documentation. We also install invertors or variable frequency controllers to smooth out the stopping and starting of the machines. The two-speed axis motors have a jerking effect with the shifting of the motors, which can have a tendency to drop product and increases stress and fatigue on the Palletizer. Below are pictures of updated Palletizer electrical controls with an Allen Bradley PanelView  (Click to View) and Electrical panels with an Allen Bradley standard SLC-503  (Click to View)  and SLC-504 processor with Mitsubishi Invertors.  (Click to View)  Unlike the Okura PLC, the Allen Bradley SLC-504 replacement and the Mitsubishi Invertors can be bought locally. The Okura PLC and it's Hand-Held programmer, which is made in Japan, is very expensive and usually has a long order lead time.
