Rx 2000 ROBOT CASE PALLETIZER
The Rx 2000 Case Palletizer is a two axis Cartesian style Palletizer. It has a squeezing action which picks up the product from a station conveyor or product conveyor. The product is moved by the two to be placed on the pallet. The machine is mainly made out of stainless steel. It is a low to medium speed machine. It has a Allen Bradley SLC-500 processor with an Operator's Interface screen. Movement of the motors are controlled by a variable frequency controller for smooth action with encoders to monitor the placement of the product.
