OPERATIONS:
Palletizing is done with a magnet head which moves in and out on the frame of the machine. It picks up a layer of cans from a wide and long conveyor and places them on a pallet, layer by layer. There are Loaders, which only load to the pallets, Unloaders, which only unload from the pallet, and Combinations, which do both. There are various models of BCP (Bright Can Palletizer) Palletizers (BCP-210, BCP-310, Super Stack etc.)  Below is a Model BCP-310 Can Palletizer.
MODEL BCP-310 PALLETIZER:
The BCP-310 Can Palletizer is the same as the BCP-210 except with the addition of leg extensions to raise the Palletizer higher so the hydraulic pallet scissors lift can make taller loads on the pallet. While loading a pallet, a photo eye detects the top of the load to let the pallet scissors lift down for the next layer of cans.
