445H CASE PALLETIZER
The 445H, 445M and the445 Case Palletizers are a higher speed machine than the CP-20 and the CP-350 Palletizers. It can handle approximately 35 cases a minute. The case stops and the pallet dispenser are controlled by pneumatics with the rest of the machine is electronically controlled. Because of the row diverter, which moves the complete row from the row accumulator with the belts, the next case can enter the row accumulator without having to wait for the row pusher to return like the CP-20 Palletizer or the flight bars to move out of the way on the CP-350 Palletizer. The 445 Palletizer has a staging area for a working layer of cases while the full layer is being released on the pallet from the stripper rollers. The Palletizers were built by FMC in Hoopeston, IL and Riverside, CA, but were discontinued approximately 20 to 25 years ago. They are a heavy duty machine. DEL Service, Inc. installs mainly Allen Bradley PLCs to replace the logic pattern board and relay operations of the machine. Just click on for more information.
